Quality Assurance
The Rubin Ltd. has been working by ISO quality management system since 1995. The HACCP has applied since 2001.
International Food Standard was introduced in 2008, and the Rubin Ltd comply with its requirements at the "higher level" according to the independent certification audits.
The Rubin Ltd's laboratory possesses the suitable equipments, competences, and cooperation with independent accredited food testing laboratories, which necessary for the evaluation of raw materials, semi final products and final products according to food legistlation and higher costumer's requirements. The folowing examinations are carried out in the internal Rubin's laboratory:
Physical-chemical tests:
- Moisture content
- Extractable color (ASTA) content of spice paprika
- Particle size analysis
- Sensory test
- Toxicology test (Aflatoxins, Ochratoxin A)
- Sampling procedures
Microbiology tests:
- E.coli
- Coliform
- Enterobacteriaceae
- Moulds
- TPC
The Rubin's laboratory regularly participates in scientific research projects, and leads diploma works of students from the local University.
