International Tisza Fish FestivalIn 2011, the 10th time has come that Rubin Ltd took part in the fish cooking competition organized in the bank of Tisza river. Our company represented one of the essential ingredient of "szögedi" fish soup, the "extra special" labeled hungarian paprika. As we do every year, in this season we also selected from the most tasty varieties of fishes to cook them in our kettle. Beside we flavoured our soup with the EU protected paprika from Szeged, we also tested our innovation on this traditional hungarian meal, the spice paprika seed oil. Sándor Frank a Venesz-winning chef was satisfied with the taste of it!
