The 15th National Tisza Fish Festival was an essential occasion for Rubin Ltd as well as this event's main goal is to popularize the traditional hungarian cuisine's meals. The gastronomy is one of the most dominant part of hungarian culture. Beside it has varied and individual taste, these meals are very healthy as well. Whereas spice paprika from Szeged is one of the basic ingredient of hungarian foods, the participants flavored their fish soup with it!

 

             

  

 

On the first weekend of October the weather (indian summer) was favorable for the visitors of Paprika Festival, located in the city centre of Szeged. The participants of the culinary program could taste the paprika specialtys what are grown in the Szeged region. Besides the guests took part in the concerts and family programs, they could also purchase their annual spice demand in the paprika market!

   
   

 

 

 
      

Jean    - Marie Dumain french Chef visited us while he was looking for the best spices for his restaurant in Germany. He checks all the processing modes of producing hungarian spice paprika. We also received a copy of his brand new cookbook!
