The Rubin Paprika Processing Ltd. was founded in 1993 in Szeged, the traditional processing centre of spice paprika for over a century. The characteristic flavour of Szeged-growing spice paprika came into existence as a result of production experience of generations in the perfect environment of the region. The reveal of colour and flavour of this excellent product is created by using traditional millstones built into a modern technological production line.

Our mission is to continue the tradition which has instituted by the primary producers of Szeged. Due to the aspiration of the old-time farmers, the spice paprika of Szeged has become the symbol of  hungarian cuisine. Nowdays it is hardly to find a non-syntethic flavors, ingredients to cook with. This is the main reason why is the interest about hungarian paprika still as big as it was centuries ago!
